Ingredients
- Boiled Ridged Elbow Pasta:2cups
- Oil:1 tbs
- Tomatoes:2
- Capsicum:1
- Green Chillies:4-5
- Cloves Garlic:2
- Tomato Paste:2tbs
- Ketchup:2tbs
- Black Pepper (Crushed):1/2tsp
- Red Chilies (Crushed):1 tbsp
- Onion (Finely Chopped):1
- Lemon Juice: half lemon
- Salt: to taste
- Coriander Leaves Chopped as required.
Methods
Heat oil. Add the onion and garlic and saute. Next add tomatoes, green chilies, capsicum, tomato paste, ketchup, salt, pepper, crushed red chilies, lemon juice. saute well. Let tomatoes cook down but not fully. Keep the salsa chunky. Lastly add sugar and coriander leaves. Cool and serve on top with boiled pasta as a salad.
