
Ingredients
- 250 grams Ladyfingers, cut lengthwise
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1tbsp Chaat Masala
- 1tbsp All Spice
- 1tsp Carom Seeds
- 1tbsp Khatai Powder
- 3 cloves Garlic Crushed
- 1 tbsp Curd
- 1tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Gram Flour
- Oil for frying
Methods
- In bowl add gram flour and all spices, mix well next add ladyfingers and mix, add lemon juice , garlic and curd mix well. heat oil and add the ladyfingers, fry on medium heat, remove on kitchen towels. Serve with a yogurt dip
