  1. 250 grams Ladyfingers, cut lengthwise
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  4. 1tbsp Chaat Masala
  5. 1tbsp All Spice
  6. 1tsp Carom Seeds
  7. 1tbsp Khatai Powder
  8. 3 cloves Garlic Crushed
  9. 1 tbsp Curd
  10. 1tsp Lemon Juice
  11. 2 tbsp Gram Flour
  12. Oil for frying
  • In bowl add gram flour and all spices, mix well next add ladyfingers and mix, add lemon juice , garlic and curd mix well. heat oil and add the ladyfingers, fry on medium heat, remove on kitchen towels. Serve with a yogurt dip
