Pakistani most impressive and delicious easy to cook desi recipe especially used in bakra eid with a soft and spicy taste, for lovely and great food in Pakistan.

I made it!
  1. Kaleji(small pieces):1/2kg
  2. Coriander:1tbs
  3. Turmeric powder:1/2tsp
  4. Cumin powder:1tsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste:1tbs 
  6. Yogurt:1cup
  7. Lemon juice:2tbs
  8. Salt:to taste
  9. Ghee:3tbs
  10. Onion(chopped):1/2cup
  11. Tomato(chopped):1
  12. Whole red chilli:10
  13. Fenugreek leaves(powder):1tsp
  14. Coriander leaves:2tbs
  15. Green chillies(chopped):3-4

Cumin, coriander and whole red chilli saute in oil then grind it.Take kaleji put ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, yogurt, lemon juice and salt for marination.Put ghee on pan chopped onion and tomato in it then put marinated kaleji in it fry it for 10 mins when kaleji is well cooked and oil floats on the top then put fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves and red chillies for garnishing.
