Eid-ul-azha mostly commonly dish use in dawat and favorite of Pakistani people with delicious taste.
I made it!
- Mutton:1/2 kg
- Fried onion:4tbs
- korma masala(ready):2tbs
- In pan heat ghee then ginger/garlic paste and mutton fry it for 5min.
- Add 1cuo water,add qorma masala in it and cook it for 15min.
- Now add beaten yogurt and fried onion in it and fry or 5min then leave it till oil floats on top.
