Ingredients
  1. Chicken:1kg
  2. Ketchup:1/2cup
  3. Black pepper:1 tsp
  4. Chilly powder:1 tsp
  5. Mustard powder:1 tsp
  6. Spaghetti es(boiled):2 cup
  7. Egg(beaten):1
  8. Garlic:1 tsp
  9. flour:2 tbs
  10. Onion(chopped):4
  11. Oil:1/4 cup
  12. Stock:2 cups
  13. Egg (boiled):1-2
  14. Capsicum(chopped):1
  15. White sauce:2 cups heaped
  16. Cheddar cheese (grated):4 tbs
Ingredients For White sauce:
  1. Butter:3tbs
  2. White flour:2tbs
  3. Milk:1 cup
  4. Stock:1cup
  5. Salt:1/2tsp
  6. White pepper:1/2tsp
  7. Mustard:1/2 tsp
Methods
  • Boil chicken in 4 cups of water and 1 tsp salt;till tender.Remove cool and shred chicken into big pieces
  • Heat oil fry onions till light ;add ketchup;garlic;flour;black pepper;chilly powder;mustard powder;capsicum and stock;cook for 2min;and boiled and shredded chicken;cook till gravy.
  • Grease Pyrex dish;put chicken mixture;spread boiled egg slices;then spaghetti.Pour all over prepared white sauce sprinkle top with grated cheese.Beat egg and pour evenly over white sauce.Put white butter on the top and Bake for 20 min; temp:180C
For White sauce:
Heat butter;add flour and salt,white pepper;mustard;gradually add in milk and stock;stiring continuously till mixture slightly thick.
