This beef stick can be use for BBQ to add new taste in cuisines.

  1. Beef boti:1/2 kilo
  2. Zeera powder:1 tbs
  3. Red chilies powder:1tbs
  4. Kashkash powder:1tbs
  5. Black pepper powder:1tsp.
  6. Pisa papita:1tsp
  7. Salt :to taste
  8. Yougrt:1tbs
  9. Oil:1 tsp
  10. Ginger/garlic paste:1tbs
  11. Eggs: as required
  12. Breadcrumbs:as required
  13. Oil for frying
  14. Wooden skewers

Cut the beef in small boti like pieces. Mix all masala with oil and yogurt. Rub the beef botis evenly with this masala marinate for at least 1/2 hr. Than skewer the botis. Coat with bread crumbs. Beat the eggs well dip-the skewers in it and deep fry it.
