Yakhni Beef Pulao is a very delicious and mouthwatering
recipe. We can make it with beef stock. It is a very popular
dish with everyone. We can serve with Pickle, Chutney and

Ingredients:
1 ½ - kg: Basmati Rice -- Good Quality
4 -- glass : Broth
1 -- kg: Boiled Beef
4 -- Large Size: Onions -Sliced
1 -- cup: Cooking Oil
2 -- cups: Yogurt
2 -- Packets of Pulao Mix Masala
3 -- tbs: Ginger Garlic Paste
3 - Prunes
1 -- tab: Cumin Seeds
1 -- tab: Garam Masala Powder
3 -- Large Size Black Cardamoms
9 -- Green Cardamoms
1 -- tsp: Cinnamon
7 -- Cloves
15 -- Black Pepper
2 -- Bay leaves
1 -- tab: Kewra - Essence
3 ½ - glass of water
