Tandoori Chicken
Chicken legs and thighs 4 pieces
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Marinate all night
Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Yogurt 5 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Fenugreek 1 tbsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Red food color 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Sesame seeds 2 tsp
Apply this to chicken and wait 1/2 hour.
Put in a baking tray and apply peanut oil to chicken
Bake on 500 degrees for 20 minutes on each side.
