Ingredients: 1 -- kg: Meat Mutton 1 -- cup: Pure Desi Ghee (or) clarified butter (melted) 1 -- large: onion (sliced) 1 -- tbs: garlic (paste with little water) ½ - packet: Nihari Curry Mix Powder (can be bought from any super market) 2 -- tbs: red chili powder 2 -- tbs: salt (or) to taste 1 -- tsp: fennel seeds 340 -- grams / 2 -- cups: yogurt 1/2 -- cup: water 3 -- tbs: all purpose flour 2 -- tbs: wheat flour For Fry: 1 -- small size: onion (sliced) 1 -- cup: Pure Desi Ghee For Garnishing & serving: Ginger (julienne), green chilies, and lemons Note: 1 ½ glass of water for cooking mutton and 3 glass of water for gravy ½ cup of water, all purpose flour & wheat flour (mix together and keep aside)
