I solemnly swear that these are better than the premade ones! They have a gourmet feel and taste to them. The coconut caramel topping is SO good! Ingredients: Cookie base (Yields 12 good-sized cookies): Butter 1 stick (1/2 cup) Confectioner's sugar 1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour 1 1/4 cups Baking Powder scant 1/8 tsp (you can even omit this if you like) [350 degrees for 15-20 minutes] Caramel Coconut Topping (you will have enough for 24 cookies): Condensed milk 1 can Butter 3tbsp Brown Sugar 1/2 cup Corn Syrup 2 TBsp Salt pinch Unsweetened Coconut 2 cups toasted For coating: Chocolate chips 10 oz (or enough to coat all the cookies)
