These chicken fingers are a must try if you're on a health kick, specially if you're on a health kick. They are baked to crisp perfection and can we ever say no to pretzels?! Ingredients: Pretzel Crusted Chicken Fingers: 1 Chicken breast cut into strips 1/2 tsp salt or to taste 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp paprika Flour (enough to dredge the chicken strips) 1 large egg Pretzels (about 4-5 cups coarsely crushed) Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Don't over bake because your chicken will become dry! Honey Mustard Dip: 1/2 cup mayo 1/4 cup Mustard 3 Tbsp honey salt and pepper to taste Enjoy:)
