Handi Seekh Kebab is a mouthwatering and healthy recipe. You can prepare it in Ramadan for Sehar and Iftar easily. If you have time and want to feed your family with some nice food then try it out! Ingredient: For Kebab: 1 – kg: Minced Meat Mutton – chopped in grinder 1 – medium size onion – sliced 6 – green chilies – sliced 1 – tab: salt or to taste 1 – tsp: garam masala powder 1 – tsp: ginger – chopped 2 – tabs: gram flour ½ - cup of fresh green coriander – chopped For Gravy: 1 – cup: yoghurt ½ - cup: cooking oil 2 – small size onions – sliced 1 – tab: garlic – chopped 2 – tabs: ginger pieces 2 – tabs: red chili powder 1 – tsp: coriander powder 1 – tsp: salt – or – to taste For Garam Masala: 3 – small pieces of cinnamon 1 – black cardamom 9 – black pepper 3 – cloves For Smoke: 1 – small piece of coal For Garnishing: Chopped fresh green coriander Some sliced green chilies
