Ingredients:
1 -- kg: Chicken
½ - cup: water
¼ - cup: cooking oil
3 -- medium tomatoes ( cubed )
½ cup: fresh coriander (chopped)
2 -- tbs: ginger (julienne)
7 -- green chilies (thick slices)
1 -- tab: garlic (paste with a little water)
1 -- tsp: cumin seeds (dry roast in a pan and grinded)
1 ½ - tsp: salt (or) to taste
