Boneless Chicken Karahi is a very delicious and tasty recipe. It is used in dinner parties, hotels and marriages. People cook and serve this with Salad and Roti. It is very famous in South Asia. Ingredients:
1 -- kg: Boneless Chicken
1 ½ -- cup: Yogurt
¾ - cup: Cooking Oil
3 -- Medium Size Onions (Sliced)
1 -- tab: Garlic (Paste)
1 -- tab: Ginger (Chopped)
1 -- tab: Red Chili Powder
1 -- tsp: Coriander Powder
1 -- tsp: Ground Black Pepper
1 -- tsp: White Cumin Seeds
½ - tsp: Black Cumin Seeds
5 -- Green Cardamoms
1 -- tsp: Kewra (essence)
1 -- tab: Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander
And....... Some Green Chilies
