Fenugreek - 1 teaspoon 8. 1 egg 9.Crushed Red Pepper - 2 teaspoon 10. Dried Coriander - crush this a little bit 11. Bishop seeds - 1 teaspoon 12. Salt - 1 teaspoon 13. Fresh Green Chilli 14. Cumin - 2 teaspoon 15. Crushed pomegranate seed powder 16. Pinch of Himalayan Black Salt 17. Dried Garlic Powder Steps: First of all, chop everything except the potatoes and egg, not chop it too much, you should be able to see some the ingredients. Next, peel the potatoes (as shown in video), then soak the potatoes in water , the potatoes may change color, after peeling and soaking the potatoes, shred the potatoes (as shown in video), try to shred them length wise Now, in a bowl, mix the mixture and the potatoes, when adding the potatoes, squeeze them to get the water out. Next, add the egg, for binding and mix it thoroughly Compared to the beef, there should be more potatoes Now, start making the mixture into kabab shapes, try to make as thin as possible, like pancakes, or naan After the shapes are made, you can fry them, be sure to fry them from both sides
