Ingredients

For Pav Dough:
  1. White flour:4cup
  2. Yeast:2tsp
  3. Salt:1tsp
  4. Caster sugar:2tsp
  5. Butter or oil:4tbs
  6. Egg:1
For Bhaji:
  1. Potato:2
  2. Capsicum :1
  3. Beans:1/4cup
  4. Green chillies:2
  5. Turmeric powder:1/4tsp
  6. Salt:to taste
  7. Pav bhaji massala:1/2tsp
  8. Tomatoes:2
  9. Butter(melt):3tsp
  10. Coriander leaves:some
  11. Lemon juice:tbs
  12. Caster sugar:1tsp
  13. Red mirch powder:1tsp
  14. Cauliflower(chopped):1cup
  15. Ginger garlic paste:1tsp
  16. Onion(chopped):1
  17. Carrot(chopped):2

For Pav Bhaji Masala:
  1. Dry coriander:1/4cup
  2. White cumin:2tbs
  3. Black pepper:2tbs
  4. Elaichi:4
  5. Biryani flower:1
  6. Soaf:1 1/2tbs
  7. Cinnamon:2
  8. Dried green mango:2tbs
Methods

For Pav:

Put white flour yeast, salt, caster sugar, butter or oil and egg and mix it with normal heat of water like dough and cover for 1 hr after then grease the tray make a shape like bun for 20 min in the oven at temp 180 C
For Bhaji:
 Boiled all the vegetables then chopped for onion capsicum. Heat oil and fry ginger garlic paste, green chillies and all the spice then stirr it then melt butter, lemon juice and coriander leaves at the end.
For Pav Bhaji Masala:
Mix all the ingredients and blend it.
