  1. Chicken Boneless 1KG (Cut in Medium Sizes)
  2. Cooking Oil 3tbs
  3. 1 Coal (Fumigation)

    Marination for Chicken:
    1. Mayonnaise 5tbs
    2. Lemon 2 (Juice)
    3. Ginger Garlic Paste 1tsp
    4. White Pepper 1 1/2 tsp
    5. Black Pepper 1 1/2 tsp
    6.  Papaya Paste 4tbs
    7. Fresh Cream 4tbs
    8. Bouquet Garni Powder 1/2 tsp
    9. Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
    10. Yogurt 0.25 KG
    11. Green Chilli 4 Grind
    12. Coriander Leaves Grind 2tbs
    13. Salt to Taste
  1. Take a Bowl put chicken, marination ingredients into it then mix it well and leave it for at least 2hours.
  2. Take pan heat oil put marinated chicken into it then slow the flame. When the water get dry or oil floats on the top close the flame.
  3. Take cabbage leaves or bread (slice) put on the chicken and coal on the cabbage leaves put few drops on the heated coal and then cover the pan.
