Ingredients
- Kaleji(small pieces):1/2kg
- Coriander:1tbs
- Turmeric powder:1/2tsp
- Cumin powder:1tsp
- Ginger garlic paste:1tbs
- Yogurt:1cup
- Lemon juice:2tbs
- Salt:to taste
- Ghee:3tbs
- Onion(chopped):1/2cup
- Tomato(chopped):1
- Whole red chilli:10
- Fenugreek leaves(powder):1tsp
- Coriander leaves:2tbs
- Green chillies(chopped):3-4
Methods
Cumin, coriander and whole red chilli saute in oil then grind it.Take kaleji put ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, yogurt, lemon juice and salt for marination.Put ghee on pan chopped onion and tomato in it then put marinated kaleji in it fry it for 10 mins when kaleji is well cooked and oil floats on the top then put fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves and red chillies for garnishing.
