Ingredients
  1. Chicken:1/2kg
  2. Lemon juice:3tbs
  3. Ginger garlic paste:1tbs
  4. White pepper:1tsp
  5. Mustard powder:1tsp
  6. curd:2tbs(whipped)
  7. Salt:1tsp
Methods
Chicken joint together i.e, leg and breast cut and marinate with lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, white pepper, mustard powder, curd and salt. At least for 2 hrs. Put straight on skewer and B.B.Q or bake in a heated oven for 1/2 hrs on no.4 i.e, 180 C and give dam of coal. Serve it with paratha or naan.
